Return Policy

To avail return, you need to contact our customer support at sales@asicmarketplace.com. If your reason for the return request is viable, our team will look into the matter for a thorough inspection. 

• Email our customer support explaining what caused you to return the product within 30 Days, along with the pictures when asked. 
• You will be charges 30$ return fees for returning the product.
• After you place the return request, ensure the product is packed well and all the tags are intact, along with proper bills and everything that comes with the product.
• When the product arrives at our warehouse, it is subjected to a quality inspection. If it passes the quality inspection, we will process your return.
