Taxes and Custom Duties
- We ship using DHL Express, FedEx, UPS.
- DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) service is available for select countries, covering customs, duties, and taxes.
- Request DDP service in advance via sales@asicmarketplace.com.
- For non-DDP countries, we can help reduce taxes by shipping with a lower invoice.
- Notify us promptly if your customs authority requires documents to avoid delays.
- Return shipping to Hong Kong is the client’s responsibility if necessary.
Packing and Shipping
- Each miner includes the necessary PSU and is shipped in the original manufacturer's packaging.
- "FRAGILE" stickers are applied on all sides for added protection during transit.
- To ensure factory-sealed integrity, we do not open the box to add a power cord unless provided by the manufacturer. If a power cord is not included, please source one locally.
