  1. In-stock models will be shipped within 48-72 hours from our Hong Kong warehouse.
  2. All miners are shipped via DHL, FedEx, UPS, EMS, etc.
  3. A tracking number will be provided within 24-48 hours after the goods are shipped from our warehouse.
  4. Shipments typically take 5-7 days to reach any destination worldwide via express shipping from Hong Kong.

  4. For non-DDP countries, we can help reduce taxes by shipping with a lower invoice.
  5. Notify us promptly if your customs authority requires documents to avoid delays.
  6. Return shipping to Hong Kong is the client’s responsibility if necessary.

Packing and Shipping

  1. Each miner includes the necessary PSU and is shipped in the original manufacturer's packaging.
  2. "FRAGILE" stickers are applied on all sides for added protection during transit.
  3. To ensure factory-sealed integrity, we do not open the box to add a power cord unless provided by the manufacturer. If a power cord is not included, please source one locally.
